L1 – Assisted/Jumping pull-ups, knee push-ups, step-ups ok
L2 – Kipping pull-ups, Regular push-ups, step-ups ok
L3 – Strict pull-ups, Dynamic Push-ups on plates, 24/20”
L4 – Strict CTB, Clap Push-ups, 24/20” BJ
