EMOM x 8 min ? 2 Power Snatch + 6 Pistols (alternate legs)

EMOM x 8 min ? 2 Squat Snatch + 5 HSPU

EMOM x 8 min ? 2 Power Cleans + 5 Burpees

EMOM x 8 min ? 2 Squat Cleans + 3 Strict Pull-Ups (for as long as possible, then switch to 5 reps of kipping)

L1 ? 75/55 HANG cleans, 45/35 HANG snatches, Pole pistols, Jump PU x 5 reps, 15-20 sec HS Hold
L2 ? 110/75 HANG cleans, 95/65 HANG snatches, Box Pistols, abmat HSPU
L3 ? 165/110 cleans, 120/80 snatches
L4 ? 205/125 cleans, 155/100 Snatches, Strict CTB PU

***Rest 2 min between each EMOM
***Also all BB movements are meant to be Touch and go for L3 and L4
