What is Women of Iron?
Are you a woman interested in a strength and conditioning class, but unsure about hopping into a CrossFit class? Women of Iron could be for you! In this strength and conditioning class, you will be exposed to all of the same movements typically seen in a CrossFit class but the intensity is toned down. This is a great class for those who are just starting out, returning to the gym after a long hiatus, those who are pregnant or early postpartum, or those who just want to work out alongside other women. Every class is a full body workout with emphasis on strengthening the core, hips, and balance and working up to/reintroducing dynamic movements like running.
3 Classes Per Week, $125 per month, Monday – Friday
