What is MomStrong?
MomStrong is a class designed with the pregnant and postpartum athlete in mind. This 6-week course will address breath, tension, and pressure management during the pregnancy and postpartum chapter of your life while working on building & rebuilding strength throughout the whole body and core.
Each class will be mindful of things that commonly affect moms such as diastasis recti, pelvic organ prolaspe, and incontinence. While this class is not a replacement for pelvic floor physical therapy, our goal is to help all the athletes find ways to move that feel good!
*Disclaimer: This course should not be taken if you have not been cleared by your care provider to exercise. This course will also be most beneficial if taken after you have been assessed by a pelvic floor physical therapist. The more you know about your body, the more we can help you reach your goals!
