To get started, we will need you to fill out one of our New Client Forms. These will be available from your coach at class. Please arrive a few minutes early to your first class.
Your first class is always free, but you do need to register in advance. Please contact us to sign up!
Do I need to be in shape before starting CrossFit?
No! We encourage people to come where they are. Our coaches excel at scaling exercises to fit each individual’s needs. We are all at different points on our fitness journey and want to grow together.
How long are classes and how are they structured?
Classes are one hour in length. We start with a 10-15 minute warmup. The warm up is a very important part of the class, so please do not arrive late! Typically there is a strength or skill session followed by the WOD (workout of the day), although this varies depending on the day’s programming.
What do I need to wear and bring?
We recommend you wear comfortable workout clothes that you can sweat and move in. Spandex is not required. 😀 Please bring a water bottle and possibly a small towel.
