Partner WOD
In teams of two, partners alternate complete sets to complete 10 rounds of:
5 Box Jumps
10 Front Squats
15 Burpees over the bar
20 KBS
300 Meter – Run TOGETHER
Partner A must complete all of the movements before Partner B can begin on ?the next set of movements. Once all the movements are complete the partners ?will run the 300 M together before beginning the next round.
