NO CLASSES on Monday – November 23, 2015!! Due to a pipe bursting in the church and the damage caused by the water, we are cancelling classes. The plan is for class to resume on Tuesday – November 24, 2015.

My husband and I were in town visiting family and had a great time working out at Iron Refined! The coaches were knowledgeable and friendly and we felt very welcomed. The new facility was great and we will definitely be back next time we are in town!
